Photographer Gregg Thompson provided these photos of a Cedar Waxwing enjoying a wintertime meal in Magnuson Park in northwestern Washington State. These birds are becoming more common in towns where they can feast on the berries of landscaped plants.
Now to get that berry stem in the right position...
