Glen Tepke

Glen Tepke is a recreational birder (since 1987) and photographer (since 2002) focusing, so to speak, on birds, especially seabirds, and marine mammals, primarily in North America.  Glen is particularly interested in using photos to promote conservation of threatened and endangered species, and has contributed many photos for the publications or websites of BirdLife International, American Bird Conservancy, Audubon, Center for Biological Diversity, PRBO Conservation Science, U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service, and many other organizations.  Glen is also a regular contributor to on-line photo databases, such as World Bird Guide, BirdForum, the Field Guide: Birds of the World group on Flickr, the Birds-pix group on Yahoo, VIREO, ARKive, Marine Photobank, and CalPhotos.  Glen lives in Oakland, California.
